  So I'm a big foodie and I'd have to say the food here isn't all that bad. It's quite good actually but the staff and service here is horrendous. Especially the younger Asian lady who takes orders behind the counter. I've been here multiple times and she's always the same. Grouchy, snappy, impatient and rude to customers. When handing her money she snatches it out of your hand way to fast. They expect you to know what you order instantaneously, and when you try to ask for help or for clarification, its said way to fast to be understood. I would recommend this place but look at the menu first and know what you're going to order beforehand.

  Over a hour and a half wait for the Dragon and phoenix and fried dumpling and they said 40min and hour max and no call letting me know that its running late not only am i not paying for it i will never order from them again i just called them they had my food for over half an hour but couldent reach my phone so they dident bother delivering although i was waiting down in the lobby for them. I told that i know the food was made they can cancel it that they have horrible survice any suggestions for chines?

  A few of us ordered take out from here for lunch. Two orders of Lemon Chicken with no lemon sauce! When I called back they were apologetic and said they would send it out right away with a gift card - sounds good! Then a few minutes later they called back and said they were OUT of lemon sauce and I would get a great big discount next time I ordered from them... but why would I do that? They also didn't send any soy sauce or plum sauce packets for the egg rolls.
