  Our family of four just left the Perkins in St.Catherines without eating. Arrived at 7:20. Our order was taken at 7:25. 8:25 we chose to leave after being told our food was going to be ready soon. We sat there for approximately 1 hour before the waitress decided to come apologize for the wait. Not even a refill offered on our drinks. She explained they were busy, which they were when we arrived as the table we sat to was cleaned while we stood beside it. However the vast majority of patrons that were in there were served their food or already leaving when we arrived so yes the restaurant was busy but they had their food when our order was taken. We didn't order anything that required extensive cooking time. Two orders of eggs , a burger and cheeseburger fries. So worst case scenario 1/2 hour. We frequently went to Perkins however the quality has dropped in recent months. We advise anyone to think twice about eating here. After this experience we will not be returning as the staff made zero effort to convince us that eating in there restaurant was worthwhile. Quite content to say not worry about the drinks and let us leave. The only reason they have a one star rating is I'd wouldn't allow me to post a zero star.

  Brightly light and clean. Had good prompt service checked back on us frequently. Kitchen made a mistake on one order and it was quickly fixed. Lots to choose from on the menu.

  Had a decent first experience today. Food was pretty good, prices a little steep. Our breakfast came to about 40$ for two. Our waitress, Siobhan was rude and unpleasant towards us. Thinking it could be because we are university students and we're discriminated against as she was very nice to other customers who were older. She wasn't friendly at all and didnt hold a conversation.. just one word short replies.

  Love the tater tots! The breakfasts we've had there so far have all been really good. My husband is surprised that he likes it as well (we made him go with us a few weeks ago). He has been to this Perkins before and thought it wasn't a good place to eat. He's changed his mind. Must be new management or something...
